It's not that fun. But it's not annoying. You get to talk to people and help them out in all kinds of different situations in the business environment. Human Resources is an integral part of any business. They're in charge or resolving conflict, creating job descriptions, recruiting, hiring, training, worker compensation (salary+benefits), discipline/termination, and a major part called Health and Safety.Riza-Aegis wrote:fun? haha sorry i don't really know too much on human resourses.
Now, an HR Rep doesn't do all those things. There are 4 sections of HR. Health and Safety, Compensation, Discipline, and Hiring/Training.
